Yes. Due to the aerobic process of the rNature Machines, it has the Environment Agency T23 Exemption.
The compost has U10 and U11 Exemption. U10 allows waste to be spread on agricultural land to improve or maintain the physical, chemical, and biological properties of the soil to grow crops. U11 allows the spreading of compost (under T23 aerobic composting) to condition the soil on non-agricultural land, such as communal gardens.
Compost samples produced by the rN Composting Machines from across a variety of sectors have been analysed by the DEFRA approved NRM scientific laboratory, who are the UK’s largest independent provider of agronomic waste analysis.
Samples were taken from a large livestock market, a garden nursery and golf club catering operation. All received certification for no harmful pathogens and rich nutrients.
